Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the resort. While it’s in a stunning location with beautiful views and lots of activities nearby, the cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired. The rooms were spacious and generally comfortable, but the bugs and pool situation really put a damper on my stay. Dining was tasty but not always prompt, and service was hit or miss. Overall, there were highlights, but I wouldn't call it luxury.
The resort is set in a stunning area surrounded by nature, which is a definite plus. The rooms were decent and cozy, but we had issues with no hot water and cleanliness inconsistencies. While some dining options were available, the quality and variety were lacking. The pool desperately needed maintenance, and our experience with service was a bit rocky, especially regarding the tour cancellation and refund process.
The resort has stunning outdoor areas, particularly the beautiful beach right in front and a nice pool. However, I felt let down by the service quality, as the staff seemed inexperienced and lacked attention. The food options were limited, especially for vegetarians, and the Wi-Fi was frustratingly poor. Overall, it seems like the resort has potential but misses the mark in critical areas.
I had a mixed experience at this resort. While the tours and restaurant were fantastic, I was let down by several issues, primarily the pool's poor condition and the stray dogs on site. The staff was friendly and attentive, but the overall atmosphere did not match the luxury label this hotel claims. I would recommend it for the tours, but I can't overlook the significant shortcomings.
We had an amazing time at this resort, especially enjoying the beautiful beachfront and available activities. While the staff were generally friendly and helpful, we did have mixed experiences, particularly with the dining options that could use improvement. Overall, our stay felt luxurious and worth the money, but some aspects weren't perfect.
